MI.PH-1001 Dissolution Rate Tests Apparatus UPS
XXI (Electrically Operated)
Suitable for finding out dissolution rate of
tablets, capsules or granules specially, when a new product is being
developed in a research and development laboratory. The machine complies
with specification as per UPS work on 230V.Single phase AC consists of water
bath made of Perspex l with transparent at the top, fitted with a
thermostatic control./Digital Temp. controller.
Complete with water bath, stirrer, and beaker, to work on 220 volts AC
50Hz.

MI.PH-1002 Tablet Disintegration Unit (I.P. &
UPS)
Electricity operated suitable for finding out
disintegration of tablet, like uncoated tablets, plain coated tablets,
enteric coated tablets, sublingual tablets, hard gelatin capsules. The
machine complies with the specification as per India pharma copoela 1985.
- Single basket to hold six tubes, with 1 ltr. glass beaker.

MI.PH-1003 Friability Test Appartus
(I.P.Standard)
Special designed for finding out durability of
tablets form the time of production to the time of use as it is important to
test the abrasion and impact hardness of tablets. The drum rotates at a
speed of 30 RPM by a geared motor. The drum rotation is controlled by a
timer. Works on 230V single phase AC single drum
- Same as above but with double drum
- Friability test apparatus (I.P. Standard) Digital with timer
(5 min) with acrylic single drum.
MI.PH-1004 Tablet Machine Hand Operated (Single
Stroke)
For making tablets upto 100mg and as per size of
punch 6mm. Automatic compression and ejection device with each revolution of
the wheel drive, built on heavy cast iron body with eccentric pressure
system. Stainless steel hoper provided and connected by a PVC tube. Easy
setting for thickness and hardness of tablets with nuts and locknuts set of
two spanners provided as necessary tools. Die and set of punches are of
chromium steel. Fitted on stand.

MI.PH-1008 Tablet Coating Pan Unit With Hot Air
Blower
Stainless steel 8" dia. laboratory size. The
machine is worked by oil immersed gear box with F.H.P. motor driven. Air
blower is operated independently and air is thermostatically controlled to
give temperature 30ºC to 110ºC, switches for motor, blower heat
and thermostat are fitted on a panel with neon indicator.

MI.PH-1012 Powder Mass Mixer
Suitable for mixing of dry & wet material. All
contact parts are fabricated from 304 quality stainless steel with two
mechanical seal ends, to prevent outside lubricants from entering into the
mixing chamber paddles 3"thick are arranged on the shaft to give
thoroughly uniform mixing. Among the other provisions are a titing
arrangement, reversible switch and safety lock switch to stop the machine as
soon as the cover is opened. The drive is through a 3 phase electric A/C
motor and a suitable gear box.
