Dry heaters for extractors of soxhlet, suitable for heating of soxhlet flasks-50-500 ml. It consists of M.S. housing two vertical & two horizontal rods with screw to hold flasks.

Double walled, inside made of heavily tinned brass of stainless steel and outer mild steel sheet. There thermostatically Controlled up to 100ºC having concentric rings (to be used according to the size of the flask) provided with two vertical and two horizontal aluminum rod.

This equipment is light portable, compact and efficient with built in control. The unit has 40 digestion tubes of 75 ml volume. The unit is supplied with (1) Digester (made of casted Aluminum having 40 tubes holes for digestion tube) and (2) A1 Detection Tube stand. Temperature is controlled by Energy Regulator up to 400ºC. 1. Digital Temperature Indicator Cum Controlled

To determine the chemical oxygen demand. It is a solid state heater unit with provision for samples size to heat at temperature of 150ºC +/-1°C controlled by Digital controller cum indicator. It has provision with glass reaction vessels and air condensers. Fitted with the 2 hrs mechanical . timer to work on 220/230V AC, single phase supply.

It is useful for drying slides with aluminum or S.Steel top stove enameled body, fitted in energy regulator to control temperature upto 70°C to work on 220/230V AC.

Light weight with ceramic fiber wool insulation (instead of brick insulation). The outer costing is made of double walled thick P.C.R.C. sheet reattached with thick perforated sheet on the bottom portion, painted with attractive stove enamel. The distinct feature of perforated sheet is to prevent the temperature control unit from very high heat. Heating elements are made of KANTHAL A1 wire of coil form embedded on the muffle with high grade refectory cement and backed by high temperature cer-wool insulation which avoids loss of energy. These arrangements will ensure the most uniform kind of distribution of heat. The weight & size of furnace is of one quarter and 30% respectively as compared to brick furnace. A viewing cap is also provided on the door. Temperature control unit consists of energy regulator, fitted in front of furnace with two pilot lamps. The apparatus is complete with one pyrometer, thermocouple, silver thermal fuse, main lead with power plug to work on 220/230 V. The energy regulator dial is arbitrarily marked 0-100 position. This marking does not indicate temperature. It indicated control level i.e. at position 100 max. electricity is allowed to flow to furnace. Maximum temp.950ºC working temp.900ºC
