Double walled , inner chamber made of grooved refractory fitted with Kanal -1 Heating coils to give maximum heat inside the chamber. The gap between the two chambers is filled with high density ceramic insulation which results the low heat loss. Provided with mains, main& heating indicator, energy regulator, thermocouple. Max. temp. 1200ºC, working temp. 1150ºC.

This unit is specially designed to meet the requirements of High Temperature, the casing is made of M.S. reinforced with iron angles duly painted, chamber made of Ceramic Zirconium Board and elements are placed Horizontally in the chamber. Heating is done by imported silicon carbide rods duly controlled by Accurate step down transformer (Air cooled), it saves energy upto 30% with easily replaceable carbide rods. These furnaces have outstanding temperature reliability and have large surface radiation ratio to enhance thermal efficiency and power consumption. Control panel is fitted with Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller upto1600°C. Control panel is provided separately having ammeter and volt meter etc. Maximum furnace temperature upto 1450°C, working temperature up to 1400°C opera table on 220 Volts single Phase AC supply.

Laminar air flow cabinets able to create particle free air of Class-II standard. The cabinet is fabricated out of board with sun mica laminated exterior. The working table is made of thick board which is also sun mica at top. Laminar flow is based on principle of double filtration of air. Atmospheric air will be drawn through the pre-filters by heavy duty blowers. Filtered air than passed through highly effective HEPA Filters with 99.97% efficiency for particulates of 0.3 micron or larger, which can filter almost all air born contaminants such as dust, fungal spores, bacteria etc. Double filtered laminar flow air will blow horizontally/vertically through the working table at a nominal velocity or approx 90 Fts/min. Heavy duty blowers dynamically balanced with 0.25 HP electric motor are mounted on shock resistant base of cabinet or anti-vibration pads, operate on 230 +/- 10 volts, 50 Hz AC supply. Shadow less uniform lighting is provided within working space (100 feet candles). Unit will be mounted on caster wheel and supplied with high quality plug and cord.

Made of tubular M.S. / Aluminum pipes duly painted fpr longer life. Each rack of size 48"x21" (Depth) is covered with thick unbreakable Plexiglas's/ Aluminum sheet. Distance between each rack is 15". Each rack is fitted with 4 fluorescent tubes, 4 bulbs and one U.V. germicidal light. Electronic chokes are fitted on the rack to avoid the heat generation.

The apparatus consists of an evaporated flask rotated by non sparking induction motor in a heating water bath. Vacuum distillation of solvent at high ad low temperature is achieved quickly and efficiently by use of a fixed speed motor, which prevents foaming and bumping of the liquid (solvent) into the evaporating flask and also distillation under controlled atmosphere. The evaporating flask is pear shaped to give a large surface area of evaporation and is clamped to a glass duct which goes through the drive unit and protrudes about 120mm into the condenser. The condenser is fitted with standard joint at the top and the bottom for receiver flask. The unit is fitted with a quick action jack.
